【 摘 要 】
Ionchannelsandtransporters,keyelementsinsperm–eggsignalingandenvironmentalsensing,areessentialforfertilization.Externalcuesandcomponentsfromtheouterenvelopesoftheegginfluencespermionpermeabilityandbehavior.Combininginvivomeasurementsofmembranepotential,intracellularions,andsecondmessengerswithnewmolecularapproachesandreconstitutionstrategiesarerevealinghowspermionchannelsparticipateinmotility,spermmaturation,andtheacrosomereaction.Spermaretinydifferentiatedterminalcellsunabletosynthesizeproteinsanddifficulttocharacterizeelectrophysiologically.Spermatogeniccells,theprogenitorsofsperm,havebecomeusefultoolsforprobingspermionchannelssincetheyarelargerandmolecularbiologytechniquescanbeapplied.Thesecomplementarystrategiesareopeningnewavenuestodeterminehowspermionchannelsfunctioningametesignaling.
