【 摘 要 】
Thedynamicanalysisofmulti-degree-of-freedomsystemsinteractingwiththefoundationsoilandactedbyasystemofperiodicloadsisconsidered.Suchsystemsbelongtothecategoryofnon-classicallydampedsystems.Themethodofmodalsuperpositionisemployedforcoordinatetransformation.Theresultingcoupledalgebraicequationsareeasilysolvedanalyticallywithoutresortingtoiterations,whichwouldotherwisebenecessaryintime-domainanalysesforirregularexcitationslikeearthquakegroundmotions.Apracticalmethodofcompilingthenon-proportionaldampingmatrixisadaptedfortheintendedpurpose.Theproposedmethodofsolutionisconvenienttouseonspreadsheets,withMATLABortointegrateitwithexistingsoftwareforroutinestructuralanalyses.Theapplicationisillustratedindetailonasimplifiedmodelofasymmetrically-loadedframefoundedonarigidmat.Themethodisequallyapplicabletosystemsthesuperstructureofwhichisdiscretizedusingfinite-elementmethodandthefoundationsystemconsistingofasetofisolatedrigidfootingsorpilesunderisolatedrigidpilecaps.
