【 摘 要 】

References(10)Cited-By(6)The vortex cavity behaviour and the path-line of bubbles just dispersed from the cavity at very low gassing rates have been determined by a photographic method. The cavity shows a strong instability. The cavity size increases with increase in gassing rates, with decrease in molecular weight and by the saturation of CO2 in water, but is independent of impeller speed. The position of path-lines of bubbles is almost the same as that of the vortex axis for a single-phase flow in spite of the different experimental conditions.
