【 摘 要 】

A series of novel fluorinated 10𝐻-phenothiazines were synthesized via Smiles rearrangement. 10𝐻-phenothiazines on refluxing with 30% hydrogen peroxide in glacial acetic acid gave 10𝐻-phenothiazines-5, 5-dioxides (sulphones). These synthesized 10𝐻-phenothiazines were then used as base to prepare ribofuranosides by treating them with sugar (𝛽-D-ribofuranosyl- 1-acetate-2, 3, 5-tribenzoate). The synthesized compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity and anthelmintic activity. The structural assignments of compounds were made on the basis of spectroscopic data and elemental analysis.
