【 摘 要 】

The rules laid down from statistical studies do not guarantee the respect of the individual interest, and their systematic application can even lead to an overall negative result. After having shown this ambiguity in the particular case of the linear model and given a straightforward example, we study politics in progress in national education and public health: these politics are justified by statistical analyses which are debatable in fact, and have as a consequence the application to each one of collective rules, sometimes against his own interest.
