【 摘 要 】

We haveread with a great interest the published article by Ghaffari et al. entitledwith "The predictive value of total neutrophil count and neutrophil/lymphocyteratio in predicting in-hospital mortality and complications after STEMI". Authorshave suggested that complete blood count (CBC) test might help to identify ST elevationmyocardial infarction (STEMI) patients and higher neutrophil count had the bestpredictive value for both mortality and heart failure. We believe some pointsshould be discussed.
