【 摘 要 】

"In this paper, several parameter/stateestimation approaches for the determination of drag polars from flightdata are described and evaluated for a fly-by-wire (FBW) aircraft. Bothmodel-based approaches (MBAs) and non-model-based approaches (NMBAs) areconsidered. Dynamic response data from roller coaster and wind- up-turnmanoeuvres are generated in a FBW aircraft flight simulator atdifferent flight conditions and the typical performance results arepresented. A novel approach to estimate the drag polar has beenevaluated. It has been found that the NMBAs perform better than theMBAs. Classically, the MBAs have been used for the determination of dragpolars. The merits of an NMBA are that it does not requirespecification of the detailed model of the aerodynamic coefficients andit can be suitably used for online estimation of drag polars from theflight data of aerospace vehicles
