【 摘 要 】

In the last 15 years the public library in Wrocław has undergone a number of significant changes. Reorganization of the network of public libraries in Wrocław to such an extent is a complex and unique act on a national scale. The article describes the evolution process of the library network and the work of libraries within the current structure. Also we present the activities of selected branches of the public library in Wrocław. This publication was created as a result of a study visit organized within the project Biblioskan.
