【 摘 要 】

This article makes an approach to the small and médium sized enterprises (SME’s) of the textile and apparel sector, taking into account the policies and institutions that supports them, as well as their international experience. The methodology used was case studies, for which a questionnaire was applied to 23 companies of the Valle de Aburra; the lack of knowledge and articulation of the businessmen appeared as the main element..
