【 摘 要 】

The author, program manager of the Wikimedia Association in the UK, describes one of the Wikimedia Commons projects. The cooperation within the project with the National Library of Scotland concerning the digitisation and presentation of library collections on Wikimedia web-pages was challenging. However the two partners managed to overcome the difficulties and achieve the set goals. The project saw the participation of the so-called wikipedia-residents, who offered training to the library staff and were  facilitating between the cooperating institutions.
