【 摘 要 】

Introduction The tourist strengthening of the plan of development and territorial ordering, is an initiative that is developed with the purpose of contributing to the effective progress of the tourist activity in a sustainable and sustainable way where the territory is planned for the purpose of the progress and development of small communities. Objective To strengthen the development and territorial planning plan for the San Antonio de las Aradas parish, Quilanga canton, province of Loja, through the development of proposals and strategies based on the study of the tourism component. The materials and methods , participatory methodology with the authorities of the parish as well, actors involved in the tourism activity and community in general, likewise a bibliometric research of scientific articles in Scielo magazines, Latindex and documents related to sustainable development and baking was developed of the territories. Results strategies aimed at good planning and good use of existing natural and cultural attractions Conclusions Tourism strengthening is a key tool to boost tourism within the parish, based on social, cultural, economic, and environmental balance
