【 摘 要 】
Study ObjectivesHigh school start times (SSTs) directly impact adolescents’ sleep timing and duration. This study investigated the associations between SSTs and actigraphically-measured 24-hour sleep duration, sleep onset, sleep offset and sleep quality.
