【 摘 要 】
In this paper, ahigh efficiency microwave absorbing material has been prepared througha combination of doped polyaniline (PANI) coated porous structur e carbonyl ironpowder (CI P) and a small amount of graphen e sheets within bisphenol F epoxy resin. The reflection loss (RL) performance of these composites has been evaluated byelectromagnetic attenuation and impedance matching. Compared to compact ironp articles, the porous structure carbonyl iron particles have a higher complex permittivityand permeability that are closely related to their microstructures. The 10 dB absorptionbandwidth and the minimum RL of the composite material showed improvement incomparison to the pure graphene sheets composite. The minimum reflection loss reached45 dB at a thickness of 3.5 mm while the bandwidth with less than 10 dB RL reachedup to 4. 6 GHz in the range of 10.3 GHz to 15 GHz, with a matching thickness of 2 mm.The improved microwave absorption performance of the hybrid composite is due to theinterfacial polarization, enhanced conductivity, and loss of the electromagnetic radiationthrough increased transmission routes due to multiple reflection.
