【 摘 要 】

Introduction: At world level the malocclusions occupies the third prevalence place inside the oral illnesses and their complex factors etiological are obstacles until today for their treatment. The Class II division 1reune a group of characteristic as they are the jaw in a retrognathicposition, convex profile, lip superior hypotonic and the inferior hypertonic and everted, increased inferior third. Keeping in mind the action that exercises the musculature perioral on the orthognathic system and with the objective of achieving a functional balance to correct the malocclusions have been designed a group of apparatuses among those that the Twin Blocks are.
