【 摘 要 】

We present a patient of 11 years 7 months of age. In his clinical and radiographic analysis, he was diagnosed as: Class II skeletal, normodivergent, class II bilateral molar, Class II bilateral canine, left central incisor impacted, presence of left deciduous canine, and second bilateral lower deciduous molars, severe maxillary and mandibular crowding. The treatment consisted in the extraction of the deciduous teeth present, correction of the maxillary and mandibular crowding with sequence of arcs NiTi 0.014, 0.016, 0.018 upper and lower, 0.018 steel arches. 0.020 upper and lower. Obtaining space for the traction of the upper left central incisor with open right and left central incisor, coded buttons with 0.012 "ligature and elastomeric chain anchored to the main arch. Incorporation of the upper left canine, use of by pass (main arch SS0.020, accessory arch Niti 0.012), triangular elastics. Obtaining canine class I and molar with elastic mechanics vector II 3 / 16-6.5 ounces. From root parallelism and functional occlusion by means of arcs steel 0.017x0.025 upper and lower with folds of first, second and third order. The retention in charge of a fixed one of 2 to 2 superior with circumferential and fixed of 3-3 inferior with temoformado 0.40, time of active treatment 1 year 10 months.
