【 摘 要 】
Solvable mathematical model is suggested for tunnelling through quantum dot. The model is based on the theory of self-adjoint extensions of symmetric operators. The spinâorbit interaction is taken into account. The transmission coefficient is obtained. The result is compared with the case where spinâorbit interaction is absent.
