【 摘 要 】

PurposeOssification of the ligamentum flavum (OLF) is a possible cause of thoracic myelopathy. We report two rare cases with recurrent thoracic myelopathy caused by OLF markedly re-extended at the same intervertebral level after the primary surgery.
