【 摘 要 】

This article presents basic rules of access to Internet services to all users, including the impaired. This articles underlines the benefits of creation of new Internet services and providing access to it according to the standards of the World Wide Web (W3C). Special attention is paid to the notification and awareness of rules of access in the ads that Polish libraries post on the Net.
