【 摘 要 】

The article aims at presenting Polish Scholarly Bibliography which is one of units of PoL-on – an integrated system of information concerning higher education. The model discussed in the text is going to be in the future a basic source of information regarding academic achievements of Polish academic staff and institutes. The author analyzes the tool from both an individual author and an editor of institutional bibliography points of view. The author also evaluates its functionality and checks whether the tool allows scientific information professionals to realize basic bibliographic and bibliometrics tasks.
