【 摘 要 】
TREM‐1isanimportantsignalingreceptorexpressedonneutrophilsandmonocytesthatplaysanimportantroleinsystemicinfections.Here,wereviewtheintracellularsignalingpathwaysthatmediatetheimmunologicaleffectsofTREM‐1.Becauseoftheabsenceofsignalingmotifs,TREM‐1constitutivelyassociateswithDAP12forinductionofintracellularsignals.AfterphosphorylationofDAP12,productionofchemokinesandcytokinesisinduced.Moreover,TREM‐1alsomodulatessignalingpathwaysinducedbyknownclassesofPRRs,suchasTLRsandNLRs.TheexactmechanismsthroughwhichTREM‐1influencesTLRandNLRpathwaysarestilllargelyelusive...
