【 摘 要 】
Agingisassociatedwithanincreasedsusceptibilitytoinfectionsanddiseases.Ithasalsobeenassociatedwithreducedfunctionalityandaltereddistributionofimmunecells,especiallyTcells.Whereasclassicalα/βTcells,especiallyCD8+Tcells,wereshowntobehighlysusceptibletoaging,theeffectsofviralpersistentstimulationsonthefateofγ/δTcellsaremuchlessdocumented.Healthy,elderlyindividualsofChineseethnicalbackgroundwererecruitedundertheaegisofSLAS‐II.Inthisobservationalstudy,γ/δTcellpopulationswerecharacterizedbyflowcytometryandcomparedwiththeα/βCD4+andCD8+Tcellsinelderlyandyoungcontrols.Inourstudy,weidentifiedareducedfrequencyofγ/δTcellsbutnotα/βTcellswithaging.Theclassicalmarkersofα/βTcellaging,includingCD28,CD27,andCD57,didnotprovesignificantforγ/δTcells.Theextremerangeofexpressionofthesemarkersinγ/δTcellswasresponsibleforthelackofrelationshipbetweenγ/δTcellsubsets,CD4/CD8ratio,andanti‐CMVtitersthatwassignificantforα/βTcellsand,especially,CD8+Tcells.Althoughmarkersofagingforγ/δTcellsarenotclearlyidentified,ourdatacollectivelysuggestthatthepresenceofCD27γ/δTcellsisassociatedwithmarkersofα/βTcellaging...
