【 摘 要 】
2,5âDisubstitutedâ1,3,4âoxadiazoles are prepared in excellent yields (up to 97%) under totally solventâfree conditions by the quantitative formation of Nâacylhydrazone from the reaction of ahydrazide with an aldehyde using a ballâmill for 10 min at room temperature followed by oxidation with BTI at 80°C for 1h.
