【 摘 要 】
A simple, efficient Cu2O catalyst system under microwave irradiation was developed for Nâarylation of various indoles without ligands and additives. Diverse Nâheteroarylated indoles were prepared by coupling indoles with various heteroaryl halides within 1âh. The selective reactivity of bromoindole with aryl iodide provided Nâaryl bromoindoles, which could be useful intermediates for palladiumâcatalyzed Heck and Suzuki coupling reactions.
