开展志愿者服务对老年患者人文护理素质的影响研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore effect of volunteer service on humanistic nursing quality of elderly patients. Methods A total of 50 volunteers in our hospital and 200 patients were selected as research objects. A questionnaire for humanities quality of the volunteers was investigated. Results A total of 31 people had service experience, accounting for 62.00%, 43 volunteers believed in activities related to the happiness, 40 people was willing to continue to participate in related activities, and 48 volunteers had argued that such activities can comprehensively improve the quality of hospital services, 45 people thought it can improve the whole quality of the hospital, and 38 people thought related work can cultivate public dedication. There were 42 people had little communication with volunteers. There were 22 people rarely or never did reluctant requirements, 102 people considered volunteers to be patient, there was no volunteers without patience. Volunteer service satisfaction rate was 97.00%. Compared with treatment before, humanity quality of volunteers improved greatly(P<0.05). Conclusion Volunteer service can improve patients′ service satisfaction and cultivation.
