精细化岗前培训对新护士职业认同水平的影响

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of refined preemployment training on professional identity of new employed nurses. Methods A total of 73 new employed nurses were given refined preemployment training focusing on basic theory, etiquette, communication and professional skills. The identity to nursing career was assessed by occupational identity scale before and after implementation of training. Results The averaged scale of professional identity was (34.79±3.32) before training and was (37.95±3.09) after training, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Refined preemployment training is potentially effective to improve the professional identity of new employed nurses.
