【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of refined preemployment training on professional identity of new employed nurses. Methods A total of 73 new employed nurses were given refined preemployment training focusing on basic theory, etiquette, communication and professional skills. The identity to nursing career was assessed by occupational identity scale before and after implementation of training. Results The averaged scale of professional identity was (34.79±3.32) before training and was (37.95±3.09) after training, with a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Refined preemployment training is potentially effective to improve the professional identity of new employed nurses.
