【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analysis and summarize the nursing measures for elderly patients with vertigo. Methods The clinical data of 50 elderly patients with vertigo were retrospectively analyzed. In addition to identifying cause of disease, nursing measures on environment, disease development process, mental issues, dietary and pain feelings were carried out. Results Symptoms such as headache, nausea and vomit were relieved were improved in most of patients, with a overall clinical efficacy of 90.0% (45/50). Conclusion In addition to etiological treatment, comprehensive nursing measures on disease development process, mental issues and dietary is suggested to improve the quality of life in elderly patients with vertigo.
