舒适护理在胃癌术后留置空肠液囊管的应用分析

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：ABSTRACT：Objective To analyze application comfortable nursing in postoperative indwelling juice sac tube in empty intestine in gastric cancer patients. Methods A total of 100 gastric cancer patients with indwelling juice sac tube in empty intestine from January 2014 to December 2014 in our hospital were divided into two groups, the experimental group with 50 cases was applied comfortable nursing, the control group with 50 cases was given routine nursing, nursing results and patients satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results The comfort score in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the length of hospital stay in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, the incidence of complications and adverse reactions of the experimental group was obviously lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing can reduce the pain and psychological pressure of the patients, and enhance treatment effect, so it is worthy of clinical application.
