【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education on treatment compliance of senile diabetes patients with insulin injection.Methods A total of 78 senile diabetes patients with insulin injection were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the admission sequence, with 39 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional health education, and the individualized health education method was performed in the observation group. The knowledge level of insulin treatment and usage of insulin pen injector were evaluated and compared between two groups. The glycemic indicators of patients were monitored during follow-up.Results Patients in the observation group had higher mastery degree of insulin treatment and usage of insulin pen injector compared with those in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The level of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG)were lower in the observation group than those in the control group at three months and 6 months after discharge respectively, with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized health education can improve the compliance of insulin injection and glycemic control in elderly diabetes patients with insulin injections.
