【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the effect of risk management in improving the professional sense of approval and quality of nursing in intensive care unit(ICU)nurses. Methods  Routine bed management responsibility system was conducted in year 2015, and nursing risk management model was launched in year 2016. The changes of professional sense of approval and nursing quality of the nurses before and after risk management were observed. Results  Totally 42 nurses were included as the research objects. The scores in assessment of professional sense of approval and in assessment of nursing quality was increased after application of risk management(P<0.05). Conclusion  Application of risk management can increase the professional sense of approval and improve the quality of nursing in ICU nurses.
