早期康复训练在脊髓损伤患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of early rehabilitation training in patients with spinal cord injury. Methods 〓A total of 63 patients with spinal cord injury were included in this study. All patients received clinical surgical treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing according to the severity of injury, in which 35 patients as the observation group were given early rehabilitation training at early stage of convalescence, and another 28 patients as the control group were applied with rehabilitation training at stable stage of convalescence. The Barthel Index(BI)and functional independence measurement(FIM)were performed before treatment, at discharge and three months after discharge. The incidence of complication was compared between two groups. Results 〓Barthel index(BI)and FIM score were markedly increased in both groups at discharge and 3 months after discharge than those on admission(P<0.01), and were increased more significantly in the observation group than those in control group(P<0.05). The occurrence rate of pulmonary infection in the observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Application of early rehabilitation training can promote the function recovery increase the activity of daily living of patients with spinal cord injury.
