综合护理干预在脊柱骨折伴脊髓损伤患者中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the comprehensive nursing intervention in patient with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury. Methods This study included 86 patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury. The comprehensive nursing interventions were performed to all patients during perioperative period. The length of stay and postoperative complication were observed, and the activity of daily living was evaluated at discharge, 3 and 6 months after discharge. Results The averaged length of stay was (19.5±2.7) d and the incidence of complication was 6.98% (6/86). The averaged Barthel index of all patients was increased after discharge compared with that at discharge (P＜0.01), and was higher 6 months after discharge compared with that 3 months after discharge. Conclusion Application of comprehensive nursing intervention is effective to shorten the hospitalization period, reduce the incidence of complications and improve the ability of daily life of patients with spinal fracture and spinal cord injury.
