【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on anxiety and satisfaction degree of the elderly patients with coronary stenting. Methods Sixty elderly patients (age≥70)  with coronary stents were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group，30 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while the patients in the experimental group were given nursing interventions based on routine nursing. Level of anxiety before operation and 3 days after operation and satisfaction degree at hospital discharge were compared between the two groups. Results The level of anxiety and satisfaction degree in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of nursing intervention for elderly patients can significantly reduce the level of anxiety, improve the satisfaction degree and enhance compliance of the patients to the medical staffs.
