开天门疗法缓解无抽搐电休克治疗术后头痛的临床研究

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of massage on head and facial acupoints in relieving headache induced by modified electroconvulsive therapy(MECT). Methods Totally 75 patients with headache induced by MECT were selected and randomly assigned to the study group(n=38)and the control group(n=37). Patient of both two groups received routine care, and those in the study group were given massage on head and facial acupoints. The level and length of MECT induced headache by Numerical Rating Scale(NRS), anxiety by Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS), blood pressure and heart rate of patients were observed before and after intervention. Results 〓The score of NRS in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and patients in the study group experienced a shorter duration of headache(P<0.05). The score of NRS was decreased in both group after intervention, and was lower in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was a more significant change of systolic pressure and heart rate in the study group than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓The massage on head and facial acupoints is effective to relieving headache and anxiety of patients with MECT.
