急性心肌梗死患者行急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗的多模式共融护理

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the multi-mode inclusive nursing interventions for acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients undergoing emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods 〓Patients with AMI who received emergency PCI treatment were included as research objects in this study. They were divided into the control group(between January, 2016 and December, 2016, n=70)and the study group(between January, 2017 and December, 2017, n=70)according to the admission date. The control group received routine nursing cooperation before and after surgical treatment, and those in the study group received multi-mode inclusive nursing cooperation. The time of preoperative preparation and the door-to-balloon time were observed. The incidence of nursing defects and handling rate of intraoperative complications were compared between two groups. Results 〓The preoperative preparation time and the door-to-balloon time were shorter in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05). The study group had a lower incidence of nursing defects compared with that of controls(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in rate of intraoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion 〓The application of multi-mode inclusive nursing intervention is potentially effective to improve the operative efficacy and safety of emergency PCI operation.
