急救护理路径在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用效果

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing pathway on rescue of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods This retrospective study included 126 AMI patients, in which 63 cases from January to June 2013 (designed as control group) were given conventional emergency care, and 63 cases from July 2013 to January 2014 (designed as observation group) were treated with emergency nursing pathway. The emergency stay time, doortoballoon time, pain relief time and length of stay were compared between two groups. The recurrence of myocardial infarction, reoperation rate of percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and incidence of complications were observed. Results The emergency stay time, doortoballoon time, pain relief time and length of stay were significantly shorter in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The observation group had lower recurrence rate of myocardial infarction, reoperation rate of PCI and incidence rate of complications when compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Emergency nursing pathway can effectively shorten the rescue time of AMI patients and improve the clinical outcome.
