【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the implementation condition of nursing of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM )nursing operation in emergency department of a certain hospital, and nurse’s awareness on potential problems and future development of TCM nursing operation. Methods 〓A retrospective study was conducted to those patients who received TCM operation at emergency department between January, 2016 and December, 2016. The implementation condition and awareness of nurses on TCM operation were comprehensively analyzed. Results 〓The most frequently used TCM operation was external application of Chinese medicine, followed by sponge bath, scraping therapy and cupping therapy. The acute wrick, carbuncle, furuncle and exogenous fever were most common disease observed. The main problem limiting the application of TCM operation in emergency department was human resources shortages, medical order, lower charge and lower recognition in patients. Most nurses(82.1%)recognized the future development of TCM nursing operation. Conclusion 〓Rationally allocating of human resources and standardization of charges are key points to improve the application of TCM operation in emergency nursing area.
