PICC在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用与护理措施初步分析

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To analyze and evaluate the application effect of PICC in patients with chemotherapy and nursing interventions. Methods A total of 98 patients in our hospital were all received chemotherapy treatment, and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the digital processing of random table method, with 49 patients in each group. The observation group implemented usual care and the control group received systematic nursing. Incidences of adverse reactions as well as one-time success rate, unplanned extubation were observed, and the effects of nursing intervention were compared during PICC catheter. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.08% (2/49), which was significantly lower than 32.65% (16/49) in the control group(P<0.05). Success rate of one-time puncture in the observation group was 97.96% (48/49), which was significantly higher than 73.47% (36/49) in the control group(P<0.05); Unplanned extubation rate was 73.47% (36/49) in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 24.49% (12/49) in the control group. Conclusion The effect of the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention during cancer chemotherapy underwent PICC catheter is obvious, and PICC catheter can reduce incidence of adverse reactions, and improve PICC catheter effect.
