【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To discuss the practice of standardized training for new nurses.Methods Pre-job knowledge training and follow-up education methods were performed to 238 new nurses recruited between August 2010 and January 2014. The behavior quality of new nurses was assessed monthly by nursing unit, and work ability of nurses was assessed by nursing department yearly.Results After six-month training, 96.2% of all new nurses were able to fulfill the role of each nursing position, and this number rose to 99.6% after twelve-month training. The incidence of nursing error was 14.6% in 2010, which dropped to 3.7 % in 2014.Conclusion Standardized training based on position requirements for new nurses is an effective way of building clinical thinking patterns, skills, knowledge and occupational values.
