【 摘 要 】
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of diversity training mode in pre-job training for newly recruited nurses. Methods Totally 48 nurses recruited in the year 2015 were set as the control group, with routine pre-job training. Another 51 nurses recruited in the year 2016 were selected as the study group, receiving diversity training mode in pre-job training. The assessment results of nursing theory, practice and comprehensive ability, as well as satisfaction degree on pre-job training, were compared between two groups. Results Nurses in the study group were more satisfied with the contents, form, evaluation in pre-job training compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The assessment results of theory, practice and comprehensive ability in the study group were higher than those of controls(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of diversity training mode in pre-job training can improve the theory knowledge level, practice and comprehensive ability of newly recruited nurses.
