雷火灸治疗风寒袭络型面瘫的疗效及舒适护理措施

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of thunder-fire moxibustion in treatment of facial paralysis with wind-cold obstructing collaterals syndrome, and to summarize related comfortable nursing measures. Methods 〓Totally 40 patients suffering facial paralysis with wind-cold obstructing collaterals syndrome were included and divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in both two groups received acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine and routine care. Patients in the treatment group received extra thunder-fire moxibustion and comfortable nursing measures. The clinical efficacy of treatment was evaluated after two courses of interventions. Results 〓The overall effective rate was 95.00%(19/20)in the treatment group and was 65.00%(13/20)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓In addition to conventional treatment, the thunder-fire moxibustion combined with comfortable nursing shows a good clinical efficacy in treatment of facial paralysis with wind-cold obstructing collaterals syndrome.
