辨证施乐联合头面部推拿治疗心脾两虚型不寐患者的效果观察

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina in treatment of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with heart-spleen deficiency insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional treatment and nursing care, and the treatment group was given traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina. The efficacy on sleep quality was evaluated by using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)score. Results 〓The total effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and was 76.67% in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There were significant difference in sleep duration, sleep quality, sleep efficiency and overall score of PSQI between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Traditional music intervention based on syndrome differentiation combined with face Tuina can improve sleep quality of heart-spleen deficiency insomnia patients.
