品管圈活动在晚期肿瘤患者压疮护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)activities in nursing care of advanced cancer patients with pressure ulcer.Methods A total of 260 advanced cancer patients were included as the control group between June 2013 and October 2013. The QCC activities were carried out and another 257 patients were enrolled as the study group between January 2014 and May 2014. The incidence of pressure ulcer and nursing quality score were compared between two groups. The ability of QCC member was evaluated before and after implementation.Results The incidence of pressure ulcer was 1.15%(3/260)in the control group and was 0.39%(1/257)in the study group, but with no significant difference(P>0.05). The nursing quality score was higher in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). QCC member achieved a better improvement in QCC skill, critical thinking, team spirit, p personal expression, responsibility and community.Conclusion QCC activity is an effective way of regulating nursing management of pressure ulcer in patients with advanced cancer.
