【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of wound bandaging with coptis chinensis yarn on the recovery of incision after circumcision. Methods 〓Totally 64 patients with circumcision were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 32 cases in each group. In the control group, the incision was bandaged with ordinary oil yarn after operation. In the observation group, the incision was banded with coptis chinensis yarn after operation. The postoperative pain, degree of incision edema and the infection of incision were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results 〓The VAS score of pain was lower in the observation group than that of controls at 2 and 4 days after operation(P<0.05). Patients of the observation group had lower degree of incision edema and incidence of incision infection compared with those of controls after operation(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Wound bandaging with coptis chinensis yarn is potentially effective to relieve the pain after circumcision. It may also reduce the degree of incision edema and the infection of incision.
