【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on postoperative pain control of lumbar spinal stenosis patients with lamina decompression therapy. Methods A total of 50 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis were randomly divided into observation group (n=25) and control group (n=25). The control group was given conventional nursing and the observation group was treated with targeted nursing intervention according to the VAS score. The VAS scores at 2, 12, 48 h and 7 days after operation were observed in both groups, and satisfactory degree toward nursing intervention was evaluated. Results The VAS scores at 2, 12, 48 h and 7 days after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The satisfactory degree toward nursing intervention was 96.00% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than 72.00% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of targeted nursing intervention for lumbar spinal stenosis patients with lamina decompression therapy as quickly as possible can effectively relieve the postoperative pain and increase satisfactory degree toward nursing.
