【 摘 要 】
The crude polysaccharide (PMTP) was isolated fromPolygonum Multiflorum Thunbthrough hot water extraction followed by ethanol precipitation. Throughantioxidant assayin vitro, the results exhibitedPMTP haspowerfulscavenging abilities, especially on ABTS, DPPH and Hydroxyl radicals.Therefore, the crude polysaccharide fromP. Multiflorum Thunbshould be explored as a novel potential antioxidant.
