【 摘 要 】
Theallicin and alliincontents ofAllium obliquumL. ethanol extract were analyzed by liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry method. Additionally, the ability ofA. obliquumto inhibit the growth ofBotrytis paeoniaeOudem. on the nutritive medium was assessed. Thein vitrofungicidal activity ofA. obliquumwas studied by the ultrastructural changes induced in the conidia and sclerotia ofB.paeoniaetreated with the plant extract in minimum inhibitory concentrations.
