【 摘 要 】
The objective ofthis study was to evaluate the use of the matrix solid-phase dispersion techniqueassociated with purification at low temperature for the determination of pyrethroidsin butter. Evaluated parameters included: sample/adsorbent ratio, type of adsorbentand extractor solvent. The optimized method was validated based on predeterminedrequirements. The detection limits of the pyrethroids cypermethrin and deltamethrinwere 0.082 and 0.11 μgg-1, and quantification limit were 0.28 and 0.32 μgg-1, respectively, with extraction percentages near 90% and coefficientsof variation less than of 10%..
