【 摘 要 】

Recent studies have shown that the most important polyphenols in grapes are anthocyanins, flavanols,flavonoids and resveratrol. These antioxidants have many biological activities such as cardio-protective, anti-cancer,anti-inflammation, anti-aging and antimicrobial properties. Consumption of grape and its products is associated with alower incidence of degenerative diseases such as cardiovascular disease and certain cancers. Also, extracts from skins,seeds, grape pomace and lees show pharmacological effects of these biomolecules. The review make a presentation ofbioactive components in grapes and beneficial effects of the polyphenols.
