【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of emergency nursing intervention for critical ill patients with respiratory diseases. Methods 〓A total of 104 critical ill patients with respiratory diseases were enrolled in the control group between February, 2015 and January, 2016, with routine care during treatment. Another 115 patients were selected as the observation group between February, 2016 and January, 2017, with routine care and emergency nursing intervention. The incidences of complication and crisis syndrome, as well as successful rescue rate, were compared between two groups. Results 〓The incidence of complication and crisis syndrome was 22.61%(26/115)and 0.87%(1/115)in the observation respectively, and was 42.31%(44/104)and 1.54%(12/104)in the control group respectively, with significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Emergency nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of complication and crisis syndrome of critical ill patients.
