量化评估策略在室间隔缺损患儿修补术后气道护理中的应用

【 摘 要 】

Abstract：Objective To evaluate the quantitative evaluation on airway nursing of children with ventricular septal defect after surgical repair. Methods 〓Totally 109 children with ventricular septal defect repair were assigned to the control group(n=54)and the intervention group(n=55). In the control group, routine airway nursing measures were used. The quantitative evaluation was carried out in the intervention group, and the corresponding airway nursing measures were used according to the results of evaluation. The time of ventilator usage, monitoring time, tidal volume(VT), mean airway pressure, respiratory system related complications and satisfactory degree of patients were compared between two groups. Results 〓The time of ventilator usage, the monitoring time and the mean airway pressure in intervention group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in VT between two groups(P>0.05). The respiratory system related complications and the airway mucosal injury or congestion in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate in intervention group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion 〓Quantitative evaluation strategy can be used to enhance the quality of airway nursing in children with ventricular septal defect after surgical repair.
